With our new traveler security and data suite, you can easily find out where your travelers are and respond quickly in the event of an emergency. With this innovative tool, you will now be ableto search up-to-date reservation data online and immediately view a list of travelers whose reservations were booked through Colpitts.

The interactive, easy-to-use web application is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Once you log in, you will immediately see a map of where your travelers are located. You can drill down to traveler counts by specific locale and request either a summary or detailed report.  You also have the option to view your traveler’s itinerary.  We can even alert you when the number of travelers or executives exceeds the corporate flight threshold policy.

• Provides authorized agency and corporation personnel (those you’ve chosen to license) with easy access, 24/7, to corporate traveller’s information
• Log in, immediately view a world map, and then drill down to find the number of travellers in a specific locale and grab detailed contact and reservation information
• Use the Search feature by entering flexible criteria to quickly target the specific information you need when time is most critical
• Use the summary view for a quick one-line snapshot of the traveller’s contact information and trip. The detailed view provides a full itinerary report, including the traveller’s air, car, hotel, rail and cruise reservations
• Up to 331 days pre-trip and three years of post-trip data on air, car, hotel, cruise and rail bookings is stored and available to you, including both ticketed and un-ticketed reservations
• Reports can be scheduled to run daily, weekly, or monthly to meet many operational or business data needs
• Receive threshold alerts via email when the number of travellers or executives booked on the same flight exceeds the corporation’s maximum number allowed
