“I needed to pre-board my boss, who is the traveler, on a Southwest Airlines flight during evening hours. Unfortunately, the computer at home that I'd opened the e-mail on was not operational and I didn't have the confirmation number needed to pre-board him. As you probably know, the sooner you complete the pre-boarding process when it's available, the better your boarding number. I was in a panic and remembered Colpitts has a 24/7 800#. I dialed it and your representative, whose name I failed to get, quickly provided me the confirmation number, which allowed me to get him pre-boarded in a timely manner, getting him a preferred boarding status.
